AMU Vice Chancellor releases book

Aligarh: Vice Chancellor of AMU, Prof Tariq Mansoor today released the book titled ?Exploring Medieval India through Persian Sources?.

This book edited by Prof Ali Athar, Department of History, has been published by D.K Printworld (P) Ltd. in association with National Mission for Manuscripts (NMM), New Delhi.

The book is a compilation of articles presented in National seminar held at department of history by the reputed scholars. The book carries articles by Athar Ali, Mohammad Anash, Amit Dey, M.A Haque, Jibraeil, Gulfishan Khan, Nishat Manzar, Mohammad Nafeeesh, M. Waseem Raja, Aneesa Iqbal Sabir and Abdul Motleb Shaikh.

The book seeks to showcase the world many facts of India?s unknown intellect and history by sifting through Persian sources related to the Medieval India.
