AMU World Alumni Meet to be held on October 18
Aligarh: Renowned heart surgeon, Prof Dr Ashok Seth, Chairman, Fortis Escorts Heart Institute will be the chief guest of the World Alumni Meet 2021 of Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) to be held virtually on October 18 at 7 PM (IST).
Prof MM Sufyan Beg, Chairman, AMU Alumni Affairs Committee said, the online programme will be presided over by Prof Tariq Mansoor, Vice-Chancellor, AMU.
The theme of this year’s alumni meet is “Opportunities and Challenges in the Post-Pandemic Era”.
The programme will feature Prof Talat Ahmad, Vice Chancellor, University of Kashmir, Srinagar; Dr Shaheer Khan, Founder of AMU Network, San Francisco, USA; Er Faisal Saleem, SMARTDrive Program Manager, Phoenix, USA; and Miss Huma Khalil, as guests of honour.
