Anganwadi workers imparted training for Aadhaar Enrolment
RAJOURI : The UIDAI on Thursday organised a day-long training program on basic knowledge of the Aadhaar enrolment process for Anganwadi workers here in the Conference Hall of the PWD Dak Bunglow.
Among the others, DPO, Kartar Singh; CDPO Rajouri, Naseer Ahmed; Assistant Manager Aadhaar enrollment, Omar and Nodal Officer Aadhaar enrollment district Rajouri, Bisharat Hussain were present at the event.
The training program was attended by 120 Anganwadi workers of the twin districts of Rajouri and Poonch.
Imparting the training, UIDAI officials encouraged the workers to work as Aadhaar operators and imparted basic knowledge of the Aadhaar Enrolment process.
The training focused on examination pattern for clearing examination of new candidates, new child enrolment lite client application, its features and procedures to be followed for Aadhaar enrollment process.
Addressing the trainees, the District Program Officer, Kartar Singh said that the training will enable Anganwadi workers to be involved in the Aadhaar registration work and advised the participants to learn the enrollment process by heart.
He also asked the Anganwari workers to educate the general public about various schemes and programs launched by the Government for their welfare and motivate them to avail the benefits of the same.
