Annual Action Plan of Nehru Yuva Kendra Poonch finalised at DAC meeting

POONCH : A meeting of District Advisory Committee (DAC) for Youth Programs of Nehru Yuva Kendra Poonch was held today here in the office chamber of the Deputy Commissioner, Inder Jeet. The agenda of the meeting was to discuss and finalize the Annual Action Plan of NYKS Poonch for the year 2021-22.

Some observations were put forth by the Chairman during the meeting such as devising a mechanism of all the activities to be organised in collaboration with District Administration for better outcomes, preparing of the programmes which are to be held in later part of the year, ensuring the Participation and Coordination with the youth associated with NSS and NCC, Coordination with Medical Department to for spreading awareness about Covid-19 Appropriate Behaviours and Covid-19 Vaccination, ensuring the reporting of the undertaken programme , intimating the District Administration about the outcomes and impact analysis of such programs.

It was directed to give wide and prior publicity of all the events to be organised.

The Deputy Commissioner directed for submission of List of youth associated with various Youth Clubs of NYKS. The Chairman also nominated General Manager, DIC as the Nodal Officer of all the Programs of NYKS for quality enhancement, coordination and better outcomes. He also directed to enhance the number of registrations of youth under the Mumkin scheme in the District.
