Annual Sports Fest winners felicitated

ALIGARH  : The team of Nadeem Tarin Hall emerged as the winner, while the team of Dr B.R. Ambedkar Hall grasped the Runner up trophy in the cricket tournament held during the annual sports festival, Huruub, organized by Dr B.R. Ambedkar Hall.

The team of Alig Kashmiri Club was declared a winner and the team of Mohd. Habib Hall, Runner up in the Volleyball tournament, while the team of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Hall grasped the winner’s trophy and Mohd. Habib Hall, the Runner up trophy, in the Badminton tournament.

The winner and runner up teams of all the three tournaments were felicitated by the chief guest, Dr Abdul Alim (DSW, AMU), special guest Prof. Mohd. Wasim Ali (Proctor), guest of honour Prof. Syed Ali Nawaz Zaidi (Deputy Proctor) and another guest of honour Dr. Anwar Ahmad (Deputy Proctor) in presence of the Provost of the Hall, Prof hashmat Ali Khan.

Naved Pasha, Secretary, Hall Games, conducted the programmeand extended a vote of thanks.
