Apeejay Stya University announces admissions for B. Tech in Biotechnology

Gurugram : The discipline of Bioscience is increasingly becoming important, especially in context of the pandemic and its aftermath. As per a recent study conducted by Grand View Research, the global biotechnology market is estimated to reach USD 727.1 billion by 2025. Besides, India is amongst the top 12 biotech destinations in the world and stands second in Asia, right after China.

After the successful completion of the Degree programme, students can opt to choose either industry or academic research or may opt to explore their career as patent attorney, patent examiner, scientific journalism etc. Some students may think about Bio-entrepreneurship as well.

The other details of the Degree programme are as follows:
Eligibility: 10+2 in Science Stream with PCM or PCB along with at least 50% aggregate marks. Those students who are going to appear in their final examinations this year may apply for provisional admissions.
All eligible students will have to clear a written test followed by an interview for admission.
