Asia Pacific Institute celebrates its 27 Foundation Day

Asia Pacific Institute of Management marked its 27th Foundation Day on 9th September 2022. The ceremony commenced with a welcome speech by the Chairman of AIM where he congratulated the students, faculty, and employees. The institution recalled its milestones and achievements in the last 26 years through a video and everyone celebrated the success of the foundation. The occasion was graced by Mr. Santosh Chandra, National general manager of Jana Small Finance Bank Ltd as the chief guest.

The ceremony started with a welcome address by the chairman of Asia Pacific Institute of Management. In his welcome address, Mr. A. K. Shrivastava highlighted the key milestones achieved by the institute in the past 26 years and said: “The path to glory of an institute is through the hard work and dedication of its faculty, staff, and students, but the signs of glory are the achievements of its alumni. What makes this journey most rewarding is that we have been able to transform the careers and with that the lives of so many students by imparting high-quality education through our programs.”

The chief guest Santosh Chandra in his address said, “B-schools can train students in leadership, not only from a corporate viewpoint but also for other fields in life.” He stressed the need for adopting new technology for the future generation. He also gave importance to the digital economy and the promotion of modern technology like artificial intelligence in every sector. The young generation has a greater responsibility toward world sustainability. Not only in science and technology but also in other sectors like sports and other passions of life.

Addressing the student’s Director of AIM Dr. Balram Rao said, “As a society, we are facing a crisis of ownership, authenticity, and purpose. Staying true to its motto, the institute operates with the vision to be a global leader in the creation and dissemination of management knowledge, and a global learning center, in due course of time. The primary mission of AIM is to develop leaders with a sense of excellence, strong and social commitment, and a passion for value systems.”

The speeches were followed by cultural performances and competitions by the students, which included- a fashion show, dance competition, music round, Ad-Mad, etc. Everyone present at the ceremony held great pride in being a part of an institution that has proved to be one of the best B-schools all over India year after year. The institution did not only celebrate 27 years of existence but also 27 years of excellence.
