ASSOCHAM invites you to B2B meetings to expand your business globally with Saif Zone, UAE

NEW DELHI : The apex industry body, Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM)is organizing business-to-business (B2B) meetings with delegations from Sharjah Airport International Free (SAIF) Zone on July 6th and 7th at the Hotel Taj Palace, New Delhi. The agenda of these meetings is to explain the benefits of the Comprehensive Economic Cooperation Agreement (CEPA) signed by India and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). It is an important milestone in trade relations between the two countries.

The CEPA covers a wide array of gains and provides opportunities for businesses in both economies to not only boost bilateral trade but also two-way investment flows. The meeting will be focused on exploring the newly emerging business and investment opportunities in the UAE.

 

Mr Deepak Sood, Secretary-General, ASSOCHAM, said, “The India-UAE CEPA is the first comprehensive bilateral trade agreement in a decade, and it will increase the flow of goods, services, investments, technology, and work opportunities for Indian businesses, bringing strong multiplier benefits across sectors. The aim of these meetings is to spread awareness amongst the industry people on the various business opportunities available for Indian businesses in the UAE by either establishing their manufacturing units or by opening their offices and using the UAE as a base to enter and capture the other Gulf countries, Africa, Europe, etc.”
