Aston University Welcomes Back the Resumed Leadership Matters Series

Aston University’s Leadership Matters series returns for its second year with its first event focusing on how to lead through crisis.

The in person events, hosted by Aston Business School’s alumni relations team, provide business professionals with an opportunity to network, as well as hear from a panel of business leaders on leadership best practice and navigating challenges.

Leadership matters: leading through crisis will be hosted by Dr Lauren Traczykowski, senior lecturer, Aston Law School and external engagement lead for Aston Crisis Management Centre,on Thursday 23 November from 18:00 to 21:00 hrs.

The panel will consist of Richard Stevens (vice president strategy & analytics, Aston Villa Football Club), Simon Evans (group chief strategy officer, The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust & Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust) and Kate Cooper (executive director, Birmingham Food Council).

Attendees will learn how business leaders manage the effect of crisis on their business.
