ATLAS SkillTech University launches a new cutting-edge undergraduate course in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
Mumbai : Based in the heart of Mumbai, ATLAS SkillTech University has announced a new undergraduate degree program -Bachelor of Science (B.Sc Hons) in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning with the first batch starting in Academic Year 2022. The four-year program has been designed in collaboration with the International School of Engineering (INSOFE), which has the largest faculty across South and SE Asia dedicated to data science and AI. INSOFE comprises 80+ faculty members, which include over 40 dedicated scientists for Machine Learning. The faculty members bring years of subject matter expertise in the areas of AI, ML, and Data Science.
The multidisciplinary program has modules on new-age tech AI and ML at its core. Further, the students have the flexibility to choose electives across other schools at ATLAS for minor specializations in Design, Entrepreneurship, and more.
ATLAS has also created a technology environment through state-of-the-art AI and ML labs and robotics labs which help students have an immersive learning experience. Additionally, through observerships, apprenticeships, and internships spread across the program, the students get an opportunity to engage in experiential learning like never before.
The rigorous four-year undergraduate program enables young learners to develop expertise in emerging areas of computer programming, business analytics, computational thinking, and disruptive technologies. The program creates multiple avenues for students across various levels of leading organizations that are transforming the world with AI & ML. Able mentors including industry experts assigned to the students, along with a dedicated career services department, ensures that the students receive hundred percent support for their aspirations.
In the past ATLAS fellows have been placed in top organizations including Bain & Company, Infosys, TCS, KPMG, PWC, Deloitte, and many more. For those with aspirations to study further, ATLAS fellows have previously received admission to top-ranked institutions including Columbia University, London Business School, New York University, University of Technology – Sydney, Imperial College. Also, the program partners, INSOFE, enable the ATLAS AI-ML students to be eligible for an expedited Master’s program at the Case Western Reserve University and the University of Strathclyde, which are top destinations for students pursuing AI-ML in particular.
