AYUSH Orientation-cum-training programme culminated in Ramban

RAMBAN : Two day orientation-cum-training programme for Community Health Officers and officials of newly created AYUSH Health and Wellness Centers of District Ramban culminated here today.

The training was imparted by the team of AYUSH Department comprising of Master Trainers Dr. Masood Iqbal Zarger , Dr. Bashir Ahmed Dar and Dr. Palvi Dutta

The training was held regarding the strengthening of the AYUSH system of medicines at the grassroot level in which laboratory facilities will also be provided in all Ayush Health and Wellness Centers.

Earlier, Nodal Officer Immunity Boosting and Yoga, Dr. Masood Iqbal Zarger delivered a lecture on the importance of immunity-boosting Ayurvedic and Unani drugs, besides practicing Yoga on a daily basis.

He also highlighted the significance of the Diet Plan according to seasons, YOGA in Diabetic patients besides, Prakriti Parikshan, Ayush mode of treatment for Joint pain and Mental Diseases.

Staff members appreciated the efforts of the AYUSH Department for organizing awareness-cum-training camps at a time when it is the need of the hour.
