Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav: AHD Doda holds series of activities

DODA: Animal Husbandry Department(AHD) Doda today organised a series of activities as part of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav India @ 75 celebrations.

The programme was held under the leadership of Dr. Sanjay Kumar Sen, Chief Animal Husbandry Officer.

Main events held were the cleanliness drive at Poultry Complex and District Veterinary Hospital Complex, besides symbolic plantation.

All the Staff members of Poultry Development Organization and District Veterinary Hospital participated in the National Event.

A detailed deliberation was made by the CAHO with regard to the motive of organizing such events. Cleanliness in the context of Livestock production i.e. clean milk production, clean meat production was emphasized.

Officers were directed to celebrate such events with the PRIs in their respective jurisdictions.
