B2V-3: Training imparted to visiting officers at Pulwama, Shopian
Shopian: The District Administrations of Pulwama and Shopian today organized a day-long training sessions for the visiting officers with an aim to make Back to Village phase 3rd (B2V3) more successful and result orientated.
On the occasion, the master trainers imparted training to the visiting officers and enlightened them about the motive behind organising programmes like Jan Abhiyaan and B2V3.
At Pulwama: The training was imparted to the Visiting Officers under the supervision of District Development Commissioner, Dr Raghav Langer.
It was given out that 190 Panchayat Halqas of various blocks are to be covered across the district under Back to village phase-3.
Speaking on the occasion, the DDC highlighted the significance of the Back to village programme saying that the programme has the sole aim of bringing governance at the doorsteps of the people and involve local populace in the developmental activities as per their needs.
Later, the booklets about various activities to be conducted during the 3nd Phase of the programme were distributed among the visiting officers.
Among others, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Assistant Commissioner and Chief Planning Officer were also present on the occasion.
At Awantipora training on similar pattern was imparted and officers were briefed about their working during their stay in the respective Panchayats.
At Shopian: On the occasion, the master trainers imparted training to the visiting officers and it was given out that 98 Panchayat Halqas of various blocks are to be covered across the district under B2V3.
It was informed that the sole aim of this programme is to bring governance at the doorsteps of the people and involve local populace in the developmental activities as per their needs.
A suggested activity schedule has been prepared for the visiting officers and it shall be incumbent upon the concerned to ensure that all activities and elements mentioned in the schedule are carried out and covered fully.
The training session was attended by all the officers related with B2V3 keeping COVID protocol and ensuring that the same is to be followed during B2V3.
