B2V4: Training-cum-orientation program organised for deputed officers in Rajouri
RAJOURI : For the smooth conduct of Back to Village phase fourth activities in the district, the District Administration Rajouri, under the overall supervision of District Development Commissioner, Vikas Kundal today organised a training-cum-orientation program for deputed officers.
During the training program, the deputed officers were sensitised about their roles and responsibilities which they have to play during the Back to Village program Phase IV in different panchayats allotted to them.
The DDC stressed upon the officers to work with sincerity and dedication to make “Back to Village program” a grand success by laying main focus on issues of public importance.
Highlighting the activities to be carried out during the program, he said that a gazetted officer will visit to each panchayat to assess the development scenario, basic requirements of the Panchayats, implementation of CSSs, scope and potential of the panchayat, issues highlighted in B2V2, B2V3 and status of their resolutions.
Impressing upon the officers to play a pivotal role in strengthening the Panchayati Raj institution, he asked them to record the aspirations of people during the program.
The DDC also asked the visiting officers to maintain a close coordination between the PRIs and field functionaries for making B2V4 successful in the district.
He also asked the officers to assess the functioning and the empowerment of the Panchayats. The officers were asked to capture the Panchayat and sector wise data under Back to village.
Among the others present during the program were ADDC, Pawan Kumar; ACD, Vijay Kumar; DSEO, Sandeep Sharma; ALC, Manisha; AD Planning, Mohd Rafi and deputed officers.
