Bhutanese Supreme Audit Body-RAA’s Senior Auditors learn leadership lessions at one of India’s premier Business Schools, IMT at Hyderabad.

 

Hyderabad: The Executive Education wing IMT Hyderabad, the premier Business School is organizing a Five – Day Leadership Development for Senior Auditors of the Supreme Audit Institution of Bhutan, Royal Audit Authority (RAA). The program, began on Monday. It will go on till Friday, 23rd February.

The program is being held at IMT Hyderabad campus, near GMR Airport at Shamshabad.

RAA is a prestigious body of Bhutan. It audits and reports on the economy, efficiency and effectiveness in the use of Public resources as per the constitution of that country. It is the body appointed by His Majesty the King on recommendation of the Prime Minister, the Chief Justice, the Speaker, the Chairperson of the National Council and the Leader of the Opposition Party, the Auditor General heads the Supreme Audit Institution.

Manas Ranjan Mohanty, GM, Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Hyderabad inaugurated the program

Mohanty has expertise in the areas of Development Banking, Banking Supervision, Currency Management & Currency Printing, Public Debt Management, Foreign Exchange Management, Assessor in Assessment and Developmental Centre and HR as a practitioner and trainer.

He shared some very relevant instances from his vast experience in terms of leadership and what roles are to be played as an effective and efficient leader.

The sessions for the five days are conducted by eminent and experienced faculty of the Institute.

The programme covers sessions on personality, communication, emotional intelligence and negotiation skills for leadership.
