Bollywood and Hollywood actress  Pooja Batra inaugurates Two days FLO Bazaar in Dehradun.

Dehradun – The FICCI FLO, Uttarakhand Chapter inaugurated the highly-anticipated “FLO Bazaar” at Hotel Aketa, Rajpur Road, Dehradun, on October 5th. FLO, a national organization promoting women’s empowerment in business and entrepreneurship, provided a vibrant platform for women-led brands to showcase their products. The event saw enthusiastic participation from exhibitors and visitors, paving the way for an even more dynamic experience on Sunday, October 6th.

The day began with a colorful cultural ceremony featuring students from Olympus High School, whose spirited performances set a positive tone for the event. A memorable highlight was the presence of the chief guest, renowned Bollywood and Hollywood actress Pooja Batra, who joined the young performers on stage for an impromptu dance to her iconic song, “Dhol Bajne Laga.” Speaking on the occasion, Mrs. Batra said, “Women entrepreneurs are the backbone of societal progress. Their creativity, passion, and determination drive not just economic growth but foster a more inclusive and thriving community. When women succeed in business, society flourishes.”

The event was organized under the leadership of Dr. Charu Chauhan, Chairperson of FICCI FLO Uttarakhand, Chapter and Mrs. Anuradha Malla, Immediate Past Chair, with support from the FLO team, including Dr. Geeta Khanna, Senior Vice Chair, Dr. Maansi Rastogi, Secretary, and Mrs. Tripti Behl, Vice Chair, Mrs. Harprit Kaur, Treasurer, Mrs. Nisha Thakur, Joint Treasurer and Mrs. Kanchan Bhola, Executive member, Flo. With a diverse range of women-led brands on display, the exhibition offers a unique shopping and networking experience. Visitors on the first day enjoyed exploring the stalls and engaging with the entrepreneurs. The FLO Bazaar continues on October 6th, and the organizers invite everyone to support these inspiring women and experience the vibrant marketplace firsthand.
