BridgeLabz launches scholarships worth Rs 50 lakh for programs catering to engineering graduates which gives 100% guaranteed Software Development Jobs
The organization will be creating tangible employment for at least 3000+ talents in the next 12 months
New Delhi: BridgeLabz, solving the tech employability in the country, has introduced scholarships worth Rs 50 lakh for engineering graduates. The eligible candidates will be able to enrol into BridgeLab’s skill training programs at a reduced fee. The company is aiming to train more than 3000 candidates in the next 12 months.
The eligibility criteria to apply for the scholarship include being a fresh engineering graduate from any engineering streams (BTech or MCA grads). They need to have a consistent academic record with no backlogs. Furthermore, their financial situation and inability to afford the program will also be part of the selection criteria. Candidates also need to take the BTEQ (BridgeLabz Tech Employability Quotient test ), an online MCQ that gives a detailed understanding of the preparedness of the candidate for getting a development job and areas of improvement. BridgeLabz has been working to ensure engineering graduates get the most deserving tech development jobs. The need of the hour is to add skilled talent to the pool and provide the industry with development talent. Talking about launching the scholarship, Narayan Mahadevan,Founder, BridgeLabz said, “We are on a journey to provide the industry with talent in the country. We have realized that many engineers are motivated and willing but do not have the financial resources even to afford a foundational program. However, we did not want these talented candidates to miss out. Hence, with this objective, BridgeLabz is giving away over Rs.50 lakh in scholarships. These will be given out in the form of reduced program fees for the eligible candidates.”
Recently, BridgeLabz also launched BridgeLabz Tech Employability Quotient (BTEQ), a score that will determine the likelihood of getting a job for tech graduates. The BTEQ will evaluate the possibility of engineers getting a development job based on their skills. Engineers from across the country can take the test and figure out the areas they need to work on to get the right position.
