British Council’s ‘GREAT Talks’ series on ‘Creating Advocates for the Planet’
New Delhi : British Council is organising a lecture on climate action and need for grooming advocates of change. This special lecture is being organised as part of the GREAT Talks series that gives Indian students, and learners access to some of the world’s brightest minds.
Dr. Douglas Gurr, Director – Natural History Museum, UK, will throw light on why it is imperative to create advocates for the planet – people who speak up on behalf of nature, and ultimately will take action to protect it. Students, climate action enthusiasts and environmentalists from all parts of India can join the online session on 18th November 2021. Students eager to do their part towards saving the planet and sharing their views on climate change should attend the session.
