Calendar designing competition held at Aligarh Muslim University

Aligarh: Mohd Mushfiq, a student of final year BUMS, won the first prize in a table calendar designing competition organized by Dawakhana Tibbiya College, Aligarh Muslim University. Ramsha Anwar, a student of BUMS final batch (2015) got the second prize.

Noted paediatrician, Dr Hameeda Tariq and AMU Registrar, Mr Abdul Hamid, IPS, who judged the entries, later congratulated the winners and appreciated the efforts of all participants of the competition.

Prof (Mrs) Salma Ahmed, Member-in-Charge, Dawakhana Tibbiya College informed that a cash prize of Rs 10,000 and Rs 7,000 were given to the winners of first prize and second prize, respectively.

Taufiq Ahmad, Officiating General Manager of Dawakhana said that the objective behind holding this competition was to create an awareness about the Unani products of Dawakhana.
