Capacity building programme to begin on August 3

ALIGARH  : The Department of Geography, Aligarh Muslim University is organizing a two-week Capacity Building Programme for the faculty members of Social Sciences.

The inaugural session of the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR)-sponsored programme will be held on August 3, 2024 at 10 am at the Department of the Geography.

Prof Nizamuddin Khan, Chairman of the department and Course Director, informed that the AMU Vice Chancellor, Prof Naima Khatoon, who is the Patron of the programme, will preside over the inaugural function.

He added that the Prof Chandrashekhar, Vice Chancellor, RMPSS University, Aligarh will be the chief guest while Prof B.S. Chaudhary from the Department of Geophysics, Kurukshetra University, Haryana will be the guest of honour.
