Career counseling session held at Viqarul Mulk Hall

ALIGARH : The Training and Placement Office (General), Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), in collaboration with the Dean, Student’s Welfare, organized a Career Counseling session at Viqarul Mulk Hall. The session aimed to raise students’ awareness of career opportunities and encourage them to attain new skills to suit a wider range of career choices.

Welcoming the guest speakers, the Provost of the hall, Prof. Naushad Ali PM said that the career counseling session is being organized to provide guidance and support to students in taking the best decision about their future careers in a competitive job market. He urged them not to let their career depend on chances; rather invest in yourself and seek guidance from an experienced career counselor.

The Convener of the series and Dean, Students’ Welfare, Prof. Rafiuddin pointed out that the university offers numerous facilities to support students to make a good career in future.

The Co-convener of the series and University TPO, Mr. Saad Hameed elaborated on the concept of a career. He urged students to start planning for their careers early and prioritize their career options after analyzing their strengths and weaknesses.

The Coordinator of the series, Dr. Muzamil Mushtaq emphasized the university’s commitment to providing comprehensive counselling services to students and helping them make a good career after completing their education.
