Career counseling sessions for Class X students

Aligarh : Saad Hameed, the Training and Placement Officer-General, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) provided the Class X students of the AMU Girls’ School and the AMU City Girls’ High School with the useful advice on deciding the streams of studies.

He was interacting with the students in career counseling sessions at the AMU Girls’ School and the AMU City Girls’ High School.

“The most challenging decision that one has to make after completing Class X is picking the right stream. It is an extremely important step and everything that happens with the career of students depends on this decision and therefore, it must not be taken under any pressure, but on the interests and strong areas of students”, he said in the sessions at both the schools.

“I am sure that the counseling session has given the students all the necessary information to make informed decisions”, said Amna Malik (Principal, AMU Girls’ School).

AMU City Girls’ High School Principal, Dr MD Alamgir and Vice-Principal, Javed Akhtar extended gratitude to the Training and Placement Officer-General for guiding the students.
