Career guidance work in Segezha

On April 5, in the city of Segezha, at the invitation of the school director Vera Anatolyevna Demidova, a career guidance lesson was held with 10-11 graders, future graduates.

At the request of Segezha schoolchildren, special attention was paid to the Institute of Forestry, Mining and Construction Sciences of PetrSU. E.Yu. Guseva spoke about a wide range of areas for training specialists, opportunities for internship in Karelia and beyond, and realizing oneself in the profession after graduation.

The senior pupils got acquainted with the presented information with great interest and asked numerous questions related to admission to PetrSU . The children were especially interested in the direction of training “Construction”. All information, links to the site, contact details of the institute were provided by the speakers.

Director of MCOU “Secondary School No. 7” V.A. Demidova thanked E.Yu. Gusev for the event. She noted that the information was presented in an interesting and accessible form. She expressed hope for continued further cooperation.
