ALIGARH : The Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE), Aligarh Muslim University offers a variety of undergraduate and postgraduate degree programs through online mode, including the BA and MA programmes in English, Hindi, Urdu, History, Economics and Political Science and M.Com. These programs have been designed to provide educational opportunities to working professionals and individuals living in remote areas who are unable to take traditional on-campus classes, said Prof Mohd. Nafees Ahmad Ansari, Director, CDOE, while highlighting the informal educational opportunities available at AMU.

He said that in a globally evolving world of technology and cohesive learning, CDOE is best suited for students seeking a flexible and convenient way to pursue their education. He urged the students and learners from around the world to access the link https://cdoeamu.ac.in for details of the online programmes and courses, available at the CDOE, which also provides students with study materials, online resources, and support services.

Prof Ansari said that CDOE, an integral part of the Aligarh Muslim University, has worldwide accessibility and students, once admitted to a programme, can access course materials and lectures from anywhere in the world, with an internet connection.

He pointed out that this can make education more affordable to students as it is cost-effective and does not require any infrastructure and resources like other on-campus programmes.
