Centum Learning wins Brandon Hall Group’s HCM Excellence Awards 2019 for training initiatives at Delhi Airport and Panasonic

New Delhi: Centum Learning, a leading organization in corporate training and talent transformation space, has won two prestigious awards at the coveted Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards 2019, for the training interventions undertaken for Panasonic India, a leader in innovation and technology and GMR – Delhi International Airport Limited.

The First Brandon Hall Group Silver award for excellence in the Blended Learning Program was awarded for a customized knowledge and skills development initiative named ‘Crossfire’ undertaken in association with Panasonic India to align and train their salesforce pan India, to remain competitive in the consumer durable market. The program instilled a healthy competitive spirit amongst colleagues in an engaging way, to not only upgrade their skill set to fulfil their business objectives, but also to create higher benchmark within the groups. This blended learning solution assessed the teams on product, competition and market knowledge for enhanced customer interaction. The continuous yearlong initiative used instructor led trainings, blended with eLearning platform – Centum LearnPro® for regular assessments and learning.

The second Brandon Hall Group Silver award was bestowed for ‘Best Launch of a Corporate Learning University’, named ‘DISHA’, acronym for DIAL – IGIA’s Service & Hospitality Academy’, where the joint academy’s training intervention enabled GMR – Delhi International Airport Limited to achieve a quantum jump in Service Quality Ratings. The learning academy intended to increase the knowledge base of all the role holders in the airport and enhance skills and development basis their specific job roles in all aspects. The results became evident when IGIA was rated best airport in the World and also top ranked as the ‘Best Improved Airport’ in the Asia Pacific Region at the Airport Council International’s Annual Airport Service Quality Award.
