Chandrayaan Utsav at Ahmadi School for the Visually Challenged

 

Aligarh : Chandrayaan-3 Utsav, a special celebration of India’s lunar mission, was observed at Ahmadi School for the Visually Challenged. The school hosted a variety of activities to mark this momentous occasion, including a poetry recitation competition and an animated video presentation highlighting the Chandrayaan-3 lunar journey.

In the poetry recitation competition, students were asked to compose and present their own poems on themes related to India’s mission to the moon. The chosen topics included ‘India on Moon,’ ‘New India on Moon,’ ‘Moon is not far away,’ ‘Lunar Journey of New India,’ and ‘Self-reliant India’s Chandrayaan-3.’

In the end, Zidane Asif Class V and Bharti Yadav Class VIII were awarded the first prize for their compositions, while Kaif Chand Class X secured the second prize and Jamin Noor Class V received the third prize for their exceptional performances.

Dr. Naila Rashid, the Principal of Ahmadi School, appreciated the students for their exceptional talents and dedication. She emphasized the significance of India’s achievement in successfully landing of Chandrayaan-3 on the Moon.

The Chandrayaan Utsav celebration was a testament to the students’ enthusiasm and creativity, fostering a spirit of scientific curiosity and national pride.
