Bhopal : Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan today reviewed the call centre located at CM House and sought information about the system of taking feedback regarding the schemes. Action is being taken to know the actual situation about the implementation of government’s public welfare schemes by calling the beneficiaries over phone. Reviewing the working of the call centre, Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that this system should be strengthened further. Proceedings on the application forms of applicants coming to CM House should continue.
On this occasion, the officials informed that despite action at the level of the concerned department and the district collector, the applicants come to the CM House only if the work is not completed. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan instructed that in such cases, work should be done in the direction of providing a proper solution. Broadening of the working pattern of the call centre must also be considered. Deputy Secretary of Chief Minister’s Office Shri Neeraj Vashishtha and other officials were present on the occasion.
