Chief Minister Kamal Nath dedicates ‘Dwaar Praday Yojana’ in Indore

Bhopal : The Chief Minister Shri Kamal Nath said that my dream is to ensure that Madhya Pradesh should be compared with the leading states of the country and not with the backward and small states. He said it is important for progress that the system and the people should bring a revolutionary change in their thinking and attitudes, as the efforts made collectively yield better results. Shri Kamal Nath reached Indore today after attending the annual meeting of the World Economic Forum in Davos and dedicated ‘Dwaar Praday Yojana’ under which five services in 24 hours will be provided to the citizens. Madhya Pradesh is the first state in the country to launch such a scheme.

The Chief Minister Shri Kamal Nath said that transforming the identity of Madhya Pradesh is the biggest challenge before us. Referring to his four-day visit to Davos, he said that we will have to change the disgraceful situation where Madhya Pradesh to be known for farmers’ suicides, mafia and unemployment. Shri Kamal Nath said for this we need a complete change in the attitude and work culture of the government and administration along with people to maintain balance with present time. He said that Indore today is on the top in the entire country in terms of cleanliness, the credit for this goes to the people too along with the local administration. Shri Kamal Nath said that today, when he invite people to Indore, he proudly say that come to Indore, which is the cleanest city of the country. The Chief Minister said that in this regard, the government wants to work closely with the people so that we could be proud of the entire state.

The Chief Minister said that for the development of the State, it is important to bring about revolutionary changes in the field of agriculture. This is an area on which the future of 70 percent of the population of our state is dependent. He further mentioned that the economy of the state will be strong only when we increase the purchasing power of the farmers. This purchasing power will boost business of our grocery shops and small trade and businesses. At the same time, large employment opportunities will also be available. The Chief Minister said that with this mindset, we are working in the direction to create a new map of Madhya Pradesh on the strength of the investment friendly state and the power that this government has received from the people of the state.

The Minister for Home and Jail and In-Charge of Indore District, Shri Bala Bachchan said that the government under the leadership of the Chief Minister is working hard to make people’s life comfortable. He said that under the Public Service Guarantee Scheme, the number of public service centers has been increased from 326 to 426 to meet people’s requirements speedily. Through these, we are providing 464 services to the people of the state for 300 days continuously. Shri Bachchan said that these service centers receive 25 to 30,000 applications per day, which are immediately sent to the concerned departments for redressal within the stipulated period.

The Minister for Higher Education, Shri Jeetu Patwari said that the Chief Minister Shri Kamal Nath is giving a credible system to the people of the state. He is building investors’ confidence at the national and international level. Shri Patwari said that the years old dream of Metro of people of Indore has been realized within just one year by the Chief Minister Shri Kamal Nath. The Chief Minister will soon give a new gift in the interests of mill labourers and for legalizing the illegal colonies.

Five services to be provided at doorstep in 24 hours under ‘Dwaar Praday Yojana’

The Chief Minister Shri Kamal Nath today launched the country’s first door delivery service scheme. He dedicated the scheme by pressing the dispatch button on the laptop. He also interacted with the beneficiaries of the scheme. Under this service, the citizens of the state will receive income certificate, domicile certificate, birth certificate, death certificate and copy of Khasra-Khatoni at their home within 24 hours. For this, after selecting the option, citizens are required to apply on Lok Seva Kendra or its portal. Services will be provided through ‘Aapki Sarkar Aapke Dwaar’ Yojana under the Public Service Guarantee Act.

Indore-311 App launched

On this occasion, the Chief Minister Shri Kamal Nath launched Indore 311 App of Indore Municipal Corporation. After downloading this app, citizens will be able to get birth, death and marriage registration certificates. A large number of citizens along with local public representatives were present at the programme.
