Chief Secretary expresses profound grief over the sad demise of senior KAS officer Tasaduq Jeelani

Srinagar: Chief Secretary, B V R Subrahmanyam, expressed profound grief over the sad demise of senior KAS officer Mr Tasaduq Jeelani, who passed away this evening at SKIMS Medical College & Hospital, Bemina due to post COVID complications.
Expressing solidarity with the bereaved family members of the officer, Chief Secretary prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul and strength to near and dear ones to bear this irreparable loss.
Chief Secretary remembered Mr Tasaduqas a dedicated, soft spoken and well-meaning officer who served with commitment in his capacity as Deputy Commissioner, Anantnag, Director, Information Department, Director Tourism, Kashmir, Director, Rural Development Department, Kashmir, Director Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department, Kashmir and Director, Estates Department among others.
