Childline Project Doda holds awareness program at village Sartingal

Sartingal: Centre for Childline Project Doda, in collaboration with District Red Cross Society, Monday organised an awareness programme, here at Village Sartigal.
The camp was held under the supervision of Additional Deputy Commissioner Doda, Kishori Lal Sharma.
At the awareness programme local children were sensitized regarding child helpline Number – 1098 by Coordinator Centre for Childline Project, Meenakshi Raina.
The children were told to call at 1098 if they find themselves or any other children in trouble for immediate help. They were also sensitized about good touch and bad touch. Children were also told to maintain personal hygiene and social distancing. They were told to wash their hands regularly. The officials sensitized the children in their mother tongue as well as in Hindi/ Urdu language. Refreshment including juice (packed), biscuits and snacks were distributed among the children at the end of the programme.
