Chinese language students pass the language proficiency test

ALIGARH  : Five students of Chinese language, Chinese Division of the Department of Foreign Languages (DFL), Aligarh Muslim University have passed the Chinese Proficiency Test (known as HSK) with flying colours, which was held in Kolkata and Mumbai, during the academic session, 2023-2024.

The successful students include Aliya Iqbal Khan, Anas Ali, Arshi Arif, Aazib Khan and Nazneen Haider Khan.

Passing the HSK is a significant milestone, especially considering it is a prerequisite for applying for the Chinese scholarship. This achievement paves the way for students to pursue higher education in China, which undoubtedly holds tremendous potential for personal and professional growth.

The Chairman of the department and the Dean, Faculty of International Studies, Prof. Muhammad Azhar, congratulated the students and urged them to continue their journey of language learning and cultural exploration with the same enthusiasm and determination that brought them to this point. He also congratulated the faculty members of Chinese for their efforts to preparing the students for such tests.
