Class IX admission test held, more than 14 thousand candidates appear in the test

 

ALIGARH  The entrance test for admission to Class IX in the schools maintained by the Aligarh Muslim University was held peacefully at 33 centers in Aligarh.

The AMU Vice Chancellor, Prof Naima Khatoon, along with the Proctor, Prof. M. Wasim Ali and his team, visited several test centres and interacted with the parents and guardians of candidates.

The Vice-Chancellor lauded the teachers and staff involved in making the adequate arrangement for the test and expressed satisfaction on the hassle-free management of the large number of candidates appearing in the entrance examination.

A total of 15631 candidates, including 5749 girls are seeking admission to Class IX for the academic session 2024-25.
