CM releases e-book “Sewa Hi Sangathan” of State BJP

Each and every party worker of the BJP was fortunate to be the part of the biggest political party of the world. This was stated by the Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur while addressing the BJP legislative party leaders after releasing the e-book “Sewa Hi Sangathan” brought out by the State BJP, here today.

Chief Minister said that on the occasion of the 70th birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the State BJP has brought out an e-book on various activities and works done by the party during the Covid-19 pandemic to mitigate to sufferings of the people of the State during this crisis. He said that it becomes duty of each and every party worker to come forward to ensure that no one in the State goes without food due to the pandemic. He said that although a small State Himachal Pradesh has always shown path to the bigger states of the country.

Jai Ram Thakur said that the BJP Mahila Morcha also did a commendable work during the Covid crisis and they not only prepared and distributed face masks, but also provided food to the needy during the lockdown. He said that the e-book was a best document to highlight various activities of the party in the State. He said that the State was also fortunate that the party at the National even was led by a son of the soil, Jagat Prakash Nadda. He said that this has motivated every rank and file of the party to strive better.

While addressing the gathering through video conferencing, State BJP President Suresh Kashyap said that the book highlights various initiatives and steps taken by the State BJP in effectively tacking the Covid-19 pandemic. He said that over 50 lakh face covers were prepared and distributed by the party and Rs 15 crore contributed in PM CAREs and CM Covid Fund. He also appreciated the steps taken by the State Government for initiating steps to fight COVID-19 pandemic.

BJP National Secretary and convenor of e-book Sunil Devdhar said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has urged the party workers to ensure service of the needy during the Corona pandemic. He said that the BJP workers distributed crores of masks, sanitizers, Food Kits to the people of the country. He said that about 10 crore people of the country were provided food during this pandemic.

Organisational Secretary Pawan Rana and General Secretary Trilok Kapoor also joined the event online.

Ministers, MLAs, General Secretary State BJP Trilok Jamwal and Child Welfare Council Payal Vaidya were present on the occasion.
