CMR University Students Host Successful Voter Awareness Campaign

Bengaluru  – The students of CMR University organized an informative voter awareness campaign in preparation for the upcoming Assembly elections in Karnataka, which are set to take place on May 10. The students took to the streets with eye-catching placards and posters, educating the public on the importance of voting and encouraging them to exercise their democratic right.
The program was a great success, with the students receiving positive feedback from the public for their efforts. The campaign covered several key areas of the HRBR Layout and Kalyan Nagar, and the students reached out to a diverse range of people, including first-time voters, senior citizens, residents and marginalized communities.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr.Babu Devasenapati Director Office of Students Affairs said, “We are thrilled with the success of this campaign. It was inspiring to see the enthusiasm of the public, and we hope that our efforts will have a positive impact on the turnout for the upcoming elections. We believe that every vote counts, and we are proud to have played our part in raising awareness about the importance of voting.”
The students were supported by faculty members and administrators of CMR University, who expressed their pride in the students’ initiative and their commitment to social responsibility.
CMR University students & fraternity thanked Banaswadi Police Department, BBMP and the public for their support and encouraged everyone to exercise their right to vote on May 10. They also pledged to continue their efforts to promote civic engagement and social responsibility in the future.
