CMR University Welcomes the Class of 2023-24 B.Tech and B.Arch; Aspirants with Groundbreaking Academic Initiatives
Bangalore – On the occasion of Engineer’s Day, CMR University extended a warm welcome to the engineering and architecture aspirants of the class of AY 2023-24, bringing in a fresh wave of 720+ students eager to embark on a transformative journey of knowledge and growth. With innovative programs and meticulous planning, CMR University is set to offer an exceptional educational experience to its incoming batch of students. The Inaugural and Orientation function was held on 15th September on the occasion of Engineer’s Day at the CMRU Lakeside Campus (Bagalur).
Dr. KC Ramamurthy (IPS – Retd.), Chairman at CMR Group of Institutions and former Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) was the chief Guest at the occasion while Dr. Sabitha Ramamurthy, Chancellor at CMR University presided over the event. CMR University, on Engineer’s Day felicitated the distinguished entrepreneurs who have excelled in Engineering & Technology. This year Shri Somashekar, Co-Founder & Technical Director, SM Electronic Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Dr. N. Ranganath, Chairman & Managing Director, EI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Dr. Sankar Reddy, Founder & CEO, Terminus Circuits Pvt. Ltd. were the Guests of Honour. The Vice Chancellor, Dr. HB Raghavendra, in his address, highlighted the faculty, support systems and opportunities provided to students in their course of study and congratulated their parents for reposing confidence in the University.
The Chief Guest Dr. N, Ranganath said to the inaugurated students, “As you embark on this educational journey, remember that your potential is limitless. Embrace every opportunity, and with determination, you will craft a bright and successful future.” The esteemed chairman of CMRU, Dr. KC Ramamurthy added, “It is a fitting occasion for all future engineers and architects to be here today. On the occasion of Engineer’s Day, CMRU also held a Project Showcase with cash prize awards for winners. CMR university encourages students and their esteemed parents to attend the Inaugural and Orientation Programs, providing them with valuable insights into the academic curriculum and campus life.
