Cognizant hires 46 AMU students

Aligarh : Cognizant Company, that provides business consulting, information technology and outsourcing services has hired 46 students of MCA and B. Tech 2022, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) in an online recruitment drive organised by the TPO Cell, Department of Computer Science, in collaboration with TPO (General), AMU.

Prof Aasim Zafar, Chairperson, Department of Computer Science said, 17 MCA students and 29 Engineering students were selected for different roles in the company, after a series of online aptitude tests and technical interviews. He congratulated the selected students and thanked Mr Saad Hameed (TPO, General) for his support in organising the drive.

Prof Zafar appreciated the efforts of the TPO team of the department, especially Dr Mohammad Nadeem (TPO, Computer Science), Dr Faisal Anwer (Deputy TPO, Computer Science), and Dr Mohammad Sajid (Deputy TPO, Computer Science). He also thanked Mr. Mohd. Farhan Saeed (TPO, Zakir Husain College of Engineering and Technology) and Mr Ayaz for their support in conducting the drive smoothly.
