It was emphasised upon that Doctors must take care of patients with unconditional empathy and commitment and in this process, they lose focus on self and face stress, fatigue, burnout and eventually lose connection with the divine. Through this conference the senior professionals and Rajayoga practitioners from Brahmakumari helped them to get back their focus to their own self and connect with the divine again, thus enhancing their spectrum of knowledge, skills and attitudes. They also shared simple spirituals tools which can shift instincts from busy to easy, anger to patience, irritation to compassion and stress to happiness. Empowered with this newfound wisdom they would be able to achieve wellness spiritually, emotionally, mentally, physically, and occupationally.

The conference was attended by the Directors, Deans/Principals of Institutions, HODs, Officers, faculty and non-teaching staff from all the Colleges/Institutes from DPU at large numbers. It was attended by 1200 delegates from all over the Country and was a grand success.
