CoronaVirus: Educational institutes to hold awareness sessions in Kishtwar
Kishtwar: The educational institutes across Kishtwar district are going to hold special sessions to acquaint students about precautions against CoronaVirus.
District Development Commissioner, Rajinder Singh Tara asked school heads to train the students about hand washing techniques and educate them about other advisories issued by health department to contain the spread viral infection.
The DC was speaking at a meeting convened to devise awareness plan to be followed by the educational institutions.
The meeting was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner, Pawan Parihar; Chief education officer, Dr. Kuldip Sharma; Chief Medical Officer, Dr Ravinder Manhas; Deputy CMO, Doctors heads of various Educational institutions ZEOs, teachers besides other officials.
Referring to the advisory issued by Directorate of school education, Jammu which reads SOPs to combat with Corona virus threat, the DDC stressed CEO and Heads of Govt and Private institutions to implement the directives by sensitising the staff as well as students.
