COVID-19 doesn’t hinder Learning at Apeejay School International
New Delhi: In the midst of the Corona virus concerns all around, Apeejay School International, Panchsheel Park has been conducting digital classes regularly with ease, thanks to its state-of-the-art infrastructure and advanced technological apparatuses.
The idea is to keep our young students constructively and meaningfully engaged in joyful learning during these trying times. The huge interactive panels in every classroom make it a joy to conduct regular virtual classes across grades. We use the latest software and interactive apps that help students and teachers to conduct quizzes, group activities, present PPTs, study well and do more without any hassle .
While we share the concerns and scare emanating from the spread of the Corona virus and want our students to be safe, we do not want our students to miss out on academics in any manner. The results of our remote learning initiative are very encouraging. Aditi Hasija of Grade 3 says, “I am so relaxed.. because I am at home sitting in [sic] a blanket and taking classes.” Her classmate, Emaan Fatima says, “Having online classes is great fun. It’s also a great [sic] experience wherein we learn from home.” Many students like Vivaan Khanna of Grade 4 and Vamika Tripathy of Grade 2 are elated that they can meet their friends virtually and continue learning in an uninterrupted manner.
Further, we have got very positive feedbacks from the parents who have found our online learning engagements to be fruitful, innovative and a need of the hour. The ASI parents’ community is relieved that their children are no longer missing out on their studies. In this highly competitive world of today, Delhi students have missed out on a considerable portion of their academic year due to “pollution break” earlier and the corona pandemic now.
