Cultural troupe of DIPR Kathua presents Bhakti-Bhajans for Amarnath Yatris

KATHUA  : The cultural troupe of Kathua unit of Department of Information & Public Relations ( DIPR) today organised Bhakti-Bhajan programme here at Chann Arorian Langar site and Lakhanpur Facilitation Centre today.

At Chann Arorian, the Cultural programme featuring bhajans in Hindi, Dogri and Punjabi languages were presented by the artists of the District information Centre which enthralled the devotees and captured the audience with rapt attention.

Some of the yatris also performed bhajans during the programmes. The popular devotional songs performances got repeated thunderous applause from the gathering present there.

The management of the Moga Langer appreciated the efforts of DIPR for organizing the devotional event at the langer site which they said uplifted the spirit of the devotees.

Similar devotional programme was also organized at Lakhanpur, the reception centre for Shri Amarnath Ji Yatris which was also liked and praised by the devotees who witnessed the programme.

While sharing the experience, a group of devotees from Varanasi, UP appreciated the JKUT administration for befitting reception arrangements made by them for the Yatris. Another group from Jind, Haryana termed the Cultural Programme at Lakhanpur Facilitation Centre as spirit lifting and also appreciated the authorities for making hassle free Arrangements for Yatris.

Nodal Officer for Cultural programmes for Amarnath Yatris Kulbhushan Khajuria(PO ICDS) was also present on the occasion.
