Dalmia Bharat Group announces appointment of Rajiv Bansal as Senior Executive Director

Mumbai: Dalmia Bharat Group, a manufacturing conglomerate dealing in Cement, Sugar & Refractories announced the appointment of Rajiv Bansal as Senior Executive Director in Managing Director’s office.

Commenting on the appointment, Mr Puneet Dalmia, Managing Director, Dalmia Bharat Limited said, “We are delighted to have Rajiv as part of our senior leadership team. Rajiv brings with him rich global experience, proven leadership and deep strategic insights. He will be working very closely with me and Mr Mahendra Singhi – MD& CEO Dalmia Cement Bharat Ltd. to strengthen our existing goals and strategies and in formulating and implementing newer initiatives that align with the long term goals and vision of the company.”

Rajiv joins the Dalmia Bharat Group from DXC Technology, one of the largest IT services companies in the world, where he served as the CFO of their $9 billion Americas business. Prior to DXC, he was the CFO of Ola (ANI Technologies), India’s largest mobility platform and one of the world’s largest ride-hailing companies. Before joining Ola, he was the Global CFO of Infosys, India’s second largest IT services company. Rajiv has over 26 years of experience across various Industries like Power generation, Telecom, IT services and Internet start-up. Rajiv is a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) from Calcutta University and is a Chartered Accountant and a Cost Accountant.
