DC Doda reviews arrangements for Iconic week festival

BHADARWAH: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Doda, Vikas Sharma today chaired a meeting of the concerned departments here at Dak Bunglow Bhaderwah to review the arrangements for celebration of the forthcoming Iconic Week festival.

During the meeting, the final decision regarding the venue was taken as New Bus stand Bhadarwah. Decoration of stage, safety and security measures, traffic management, parking facility, list of invitees, lodging of guests, Artists, besides availability of essential services including availability of drinking water, power supply, sitting arrangements at the venue on the scheduled days and dates were also finalized.

The meeting was attended by ADC Bhaderwah Rakesh Kumar, ASP Bhaderwah Abdul Qayoom, CEO BDA, ATO Batote, Ex En PWD Bhadarwah, EO MCB, AEE PDD, AEE PHE, representatives of Bhadarwah Hotel and Guest House Association, other officials of BDA and Tourism department besides Head of the event organizing body.
