DC Doda reviews disposal of public grievances

Doda: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Doda, Vikas Sharma today called for timely disposal of grievances of the public by the concerned authorities. He was speaking at a meeting held to review action taken by the departments on the public grievances raised from LG Mulaqat.

The DC instructed the officers to ensure disposal of grievances of the public within the stipulated time frame. Besides, it was informed that 510 grievances were received out of which 488 have been disposed of, while 22 are under process.

The DC informed the officers that the disposal of grievances is being monitored by the LG office on daily basis. He further asked that delay or poor performances of any departments in this regard shall be viewed seriously.

The meeting was attended by the Additional Deputy Commissioner, ADC Bhaderwah, ACR Doda, CPO, CMO, Tehsildar Bhaderwah, DIO Doda, DySP Headquarters Doda, EO MC Doda besides other officers/ officials.
