DC Doda sets Aug 15 deadline for providing tap water supply to all schools, Anganwari Centres

DODA : Deputy Commissioner Doda, Vikas Sharma today set August 15, 2021 as deadline for providing tap water supply to all government educational institutions, including Anganwari Centres, Health Institutions and Gram Panchayats.

He was reviewing the coverage under Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) here at a meeting.

Setting the deadline, the Deputy Commissioner directed the executing agencies to make all entries with regard to already covered institutions on designated portal in an error free manner.

“Achieve the targets set by the higher authorities without making any unnecessary delays and ensure 100 percent tap water facility to all institutions before 15th of August positively” he ordered.

The meeting was attended by Chief Planning Officer, DPEO, SE Hydraulics, CMO, Ex En PHE Doda, Ex Engineer Spl Sub Division Gandoh, besides other officers of executive departments.
