DC holds live interaction with youth on “Youth Aspirations, Thoughts for Good Governance”

Motivates them to avail benefits of self-employment Schemes

 

REASI: District Development Commissioner, Reasi, Charandeep Singh today conducted live interaction with the youth of Reasi as part of ‘Reasi Beeps-Beat the Pandemic’- the online public grievances redress programme started by district administration.

The DC attended scores of calls during one hour session from 11 am to 12 noon and directed the concerned authorities for early redress of the issues projected by the callers.

The young callers from far flung areas of the district highlighted the issues, problems and local economic potential.

Interacting with the youth, Charandeep Singh said that engaging youth in the development process of the district is one of the priorities of the LG’s administration and youth can do so by becoming part of the Youth Clubs.

The DC said that the Youth clubs will provide basic training to youngsters in various fields like Disaster Management, Crisis Management, Conservation programmes, Mass awareness programmes and other important government schemes and initiatives. The youth so trained shall become an asset for the society.

Charandeep Singh directed the concerned authorities to encourage the youth of Reasi to avail the benefits of self -employment schemes to enable them to overcome all adversities in their life.
