DC Kulgam appeals people to take 2nd dose of vaccine, stresses to adopt CAB

KULGAM : The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Dr.Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat today appealed to people whose 2nd dose is due to get their dose of vaccine done at an earliest.

The DC said this during a press briefing here. He said that the situation in the district is under control however, people must adopt COVID Appropriate Behavior and take jab from nearby established vaccination centers.

The DC stated that overall 40k people are now eligible for 2nd dose of vaccine in the district and they must take the scheduled dose now.

He urged them to come forward and vaccinate themselves at nearest vaccination centres established across the district so that the possible 3rd wave of COVID-19 could be prevented.

The DC appealed to the people below 45 years of age who are still unvaccinated to come forward and get themselves vaccinated at the nearest vaccination centres for their safety against the COVID.
