DC Kupwara inspects Disaster/ Covid Control Room

Kupwara: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kupwara, Imam Din today inspected Disaster-cum-Covid Control Room at D.C Office here.

On the occasion, the Deputy Commissioner took stock of the functioning of the Control Room and stressed upon the concerned officials to work with added zeal and dedication to ensure timely redressal of phone calls/complaints.

The DC was informed that the Helpline Number of the Control Room is 01955-253522.

He was also informed that District Covid Control Room is already functional round the clock at Sub District Hospital Kupwara with Helpline Number 01955-253658 besides separate Control Rooms are also functional in all BMO offices of the district to tackle any situation due to Covid pandemic.

The DC on the occasion was accompanied by Additional Deputy Commissioner Kupwara, Nazir Ahmad Lone besides other officers.
