DC Rajouri interacts with BDOs, PRIs and Lokmitra via Video Conference

Rajouri: Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Rajesh K Shavan today interacted with the BDOs, PRIs and Lokmitra of the district via Video Conference and discussed with them the measures for the efficient containment and management of COVID19 in the district.

Among the others, District Informatics Officer Muzaffar Mir; Additional District Informatics Officer; Ashwani Sharma and Engineer NIC, Vattan Kant besides other officials of the NIC were present on the occasion.

During his interaction with the participants, the Deputy Commissioner said that with the spike in the number of the COVID19 cases in the district, the need of an hour is to be more vigilant and asked them to generate massive awareness among the common masses about the SOPs regarding COVID19 to avoid the risk of CoronaVirus infection.

The Deputy Commissioner also urged the participants to ensure hundred percent vaccination and testing of the people for COVID 19 in the areas of their respective jurisdiction.

Deputy Commissioner asked the participants to get all the eligible beneficiaries enrolled under the SEHAT scheme and motivate the public to avail the benefits of the same.He also directed the concerned officers from the RDD to ensure timely payments to the beneficiaries under PMAY.

The Deputy Commissioner asked the concerned officers from the RDD to repair and renovate all the water bodies of their blocks within the shortest possible time.He also directed them to ensure the hundred percent involvement of the PRIs in the formulation of developmental plans of their areas.
