DC Reasi flags off “Jagrukta Vahan” to aware public about Covid Appropriate Behaviour, Flag code of India
Urges public to follow CAB to become COV-Champions
REASI : Deputy Commissioner Reasi, Charandeep Singh today flagged off “Jagrukta Vahan” for spreading awareness on Flag Code Of India and Covid Appropriate Behaviour.
ADC Abdul Star; CPO Sunita Kanchan; PO ICDS Renu Kumari; ACD Anirudh Rai; ACR Sanjay Badyal and other district officers were also present on the occasion.
The DC Reasi and district officers distributed pamphlets containing information about importance of following ‘Flag Code Of India” while participating in the ongoing activities which includes flag hoisting protocols, avoiding use of Flag as banner, festoons, bunting and for any other decoration purpose, avoiding wearing clothes with flag colour including flag painting on face, which could invite fines and even imprisonment.
Later, the DC flagged off the “Jagrukta Vahan” and apprised that the Vahan will cover all the blocks of district and will make announcements on CAB and Flag code of India .
At the end, the DC urged the public to follow Covid Appropriate Behaviour to avoid becoming COV- IDIOTS and to be COV -CHAMPIONS by strictly adhering to covid protocols.
