DC Reasi reviews implementation of Central sector schemes

Reasi: District Development Commissioner, Ajay Kumar today reviewed the implementation of central schemes, including National Health Mission (NHM), Ayushman Bharat, PM Kissan Saman Nidhi and Kissan Credit Card today.

During the course of the meeting, it was informed that under the National Health Mission, benefits have been provided to 2663 individuals under JSY; 3217 individuals under JSSK; 482 children immunised and 1354 Village Health Nutrition Days conducted. Under Ayushman Bharat scheme, 33804 families have been registered, it was added.

Under the PM Kissan Samman Nidhi, 30476 farmers have been benefitted, informed the DDC. 34340 farmers have been provided Kissan Credit Card under agriculture sector, 4209 under animal husbandry sector, 559 under sheep husbandry and 5 under fisheries sector.

Deputy Commissioner Reasi exhorted upon the officers to enroll more beneficiaries under the government’s welfare schemes.

Additional Deputy Commissioner, Rajinder Kumar Sharma; Chief Planning Officer, Sunita Kanchan; Chief Medical Officer, Rajeev Sharma and Chief Animal Husbandary Officer, Ajay Sharma along with other district officers were also present at the meeting.
